Our bajra Flour (millet flour) is manufactured from unadulterated Bajra or Pearl Millet. The flour obtained from millet grinding is grey and comes with a nutty texture. As bajra/millet is high in nutritional value, this makes this flour a rich source of protein and dietary fibers.
