Guptaji Churma Atta

This flour is specially made for making churma, a staple and famous Rajasthani dish, and very popular in the north Indian region. Churma is generally made by mashing up wheat flour roti in desi ghee and Gur shakkar.
It is commonly eaten with kadhi, baati, dal, topped with ghee.
